Our Role & Engagement Principles
How we work with governments, finance and industry, set out in seven principles.

Seven principles
| Formal channels only | We propose programs exclusively through each jurisdiction's official PPP and unsolicited-proposal procedures. |
|---|---|
| Our own cost and risk | Program development is undertaken at our expense. Every engagement is non-exclusive. |
| No claimed mandates | We claim no government approval, endorsement or mandate unless formally granted in writing. |
| Counterparties by category | Until written grounds exist, we name counterparties only by category: governments, policy-based finance institutions, ECAs, DFIs, licensed commercial lenders, and sovereign or institutional investors. |
| No handling of funds | We do not lend, underwrite, arrange financing, or advise on investments. We never charge investors access fees, and we do not solicit investment from the public. |
| Indicative figures | All figures are indicative until validated by formal feasibility study. |
| Eligibility screening | Institutional counterparties are engaged only after KYC/AML and sanctions screening. |
