Anti-Social Forces Policy
Our basic policy on the exclusion of anti-social forces.
ESPOIR FRONTIER Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) responds to anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society under the following basic policy, and is thorough in excluding them.

Policy on the exclusion of anti-social forces
| 1. Basic policy | The Company holds no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces and resolutely refuses any improper demand from them. |

| 2. Response as an organisation | The Company treats responses to anti-social forces as a matter for the organisation as a whole, not for individual staff, and responds while ensuring the safety of its representative, officers and employees. |
| 3. Cooperation with external specialist agencies | The Company maintains ongoing cooperation with the police, lawyers and other external specialist agencies, and prepares for any contingency. |
| 4. Refusal of transactions and termination of contracts | Where a counterparty or other related party is found to be an anti-social force, the Company refuses the transaction, or terminates the contract on the basis of a clause providing for the exclusion of anti-social forces. |
| 5. Response to improper demands | The Company responds firmly to improper demands by anti-social forces, including through civil and criminal legal measures. |
| 6. Prohibition of covert transactions and provision of funds | The Company does not engage in covert transactions with, or provide funds to, anti-social forces, even for the purpose of preventing harm caused by them. |
