The founding company of the alliance. Based in Tokyo, it conducts trading and customer liaison in Japan, operates the OTM and StableMatrix programs, and sets the documentation standards under which every transaction across the alliance is recorded. It carries the name on which the alliance’s reputation is built.

The alliance’s gold company. Founded and led by the same principal as the Tokyo company, it operates in Dubai, a principal hub of the world’s physical gold trade, and conducts its bullion transactions under the laws and regulatory framework of the United Arab Emirates.

An independent company incorporated under the laws of Thailand, cooperating with ESPOIR FRONTIER under a commercial alliance for regional operations and business development in Thailand and neighbouring markets. It carries out local operations in line with Thai practice and regulation.

Structure

Distinct entities, deliberately separated. What binds them is a single standard of conduct.

Each company of the alliance is a distinct legal entity, contracting solely in its own name within its own jurisdiction and regulatory framework. Information, funds and contractual responsibility remain within the entity concerned. What the companies share is the standard by which they work: verification before commitment, and a documented record behind every material decision.

Summary management information is consolidated in Tokyo, while each company’s operational data remains within its own jurisdiction. This separation, maintained for both regulatory and confidentiality reasons, is a foundation of the alliance’s reliability.

On the word “alliance”

Our Tokyo and Dubai companies are independently owned and operated. We work with Sphere Esther Co., Ltd. (Bangkok) under a commercial alliance. There is no capital relationship among the three companies.
